3- Chronic a bacterial prostatitis (
Lymphocytic Prostatitis).

Most common type now a days.

No history of recurrent UTI. Culture negative.
•
Caused by sexual transmitted pathogens
e.g.,
C. trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum
& mycoplasm.
•
Micro: It should be differentiate from chronic
lymphocytic leukemia.
